-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 The problem with reply all is that you send to the original sender as well as the group list, so the original sender gets two copies of the message. Not a big concern with the invention of the delete key, but maybe a reply to list would work better. - -mike - -----Original Message----- From: Steven M. All: I need your opinion on a configuration setting for the mailing list that we will be moving to. The list software can set it up so that if some just does a "Reply" to a message, that reply gets sent to the entire list. An alternate approach - the one that we're using now through this alias - is that if someone does a Reply, it only gets sent to the original poster, and you need a "Reply All" to include the list. Which do you prefer? - - Steve -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.0.2 iQA/AwUBN3z9HBIUaHPadf5hEQIj0gCgsV66oE6LMv89eg6MpqbfghgJJKQAn0YZ DrmTEaUMz0NU4RW4h/6n6z3r =19vV -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
